For CME Providers Only – ABMS Continuing Certification Submission Form

The American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Continuing Certification Directory provides access to activities offered by CME providers nationwide that can satisfy Member Boards’ Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment (MOC Part II) requirements.

ABMS facilitates the review and approval process of CME activities through its Member Boards (click here to view participating Member Boards). All CME activities must  award credit(s) from one or more of the CME credit systems: AMA PRA Category 1 Credit, AAFP Prescribed Credit, ACOG Cognates, AOA Category 1-A.

Please review the ABMS MOC Directory Submission Instructions & Checklist before completing the submission form. To check the status of a submission, or to ask questions regarding a submission, please email academicprograms@abms.org. CME providers will be notified once approval is received by an ABMS Member Board.

• Provide feedback (including completion data) to learners to further inform their future MOC Lifelong Learning.
