Submission Instructions and Checklist
Review this information as you prepare to submit your CME activity to the ABMS MOC Directory. Please follow these steps:
- Access the ABMS MOC Directory Submission Form and review and attest to the ABMS Submission Agreement
- Click the “Submit Activity” button at the bottom of the form to activate the review process
After the activity is submitted, an email confirming receipt of the submission will be sent, typically within two business days. The activity review and approval process takes approximately six to eight weeks. Email academicprograms@abms.org with additional questions regarding submissions.
Use the checklist below to help organize and compile the information requested on the submission form.

- Summary (2-3 sentences. Activities with multiple modules/parts, 2-3 sentences per module/part)

- Assessment Methods (Assessment and/or evaluation methods used for ensuring diplomate engagement)
- Target Audience (ABMS Specialties/Subspecialties)
