AMA Stepsforward Initiative - Improving Physician Resiliency American Medical Association
Physicians often experience burnout caused by demanding workloads, nights on call and other common clinic stressors. Learning resiliency helps physicians have longer, more satisfying careers and reduces the risk of burnout. By promoting well-being and improving personal resiliency, physicians are also able to positively impact patients and the practice as a whole.
Learners must successfully complete the quiz, answering 4 out of 5 questions correctly and complete the evaluation. Participants can request a certificate upon completion.
The requirements and other information provided on this page are determined by each ABMS Member Board and may be subject to change. Please refer to the relevant Board’s website to confirm the applicable requirements.
