Description of CME Course

Physician burnout is an epidemic in the US health care system and it is vital to stop the unnecessary workload that physicians face to improve practice efficiency and lead to an improved culture at the organizational level. This microlesson provides steps to identify and eliminate unnecessary work and saving-time strategies to implement in order to improve patient care.
