Description of CME Course
The new ERPO training, developed by the Massachusetts Medical Society in partnership with Boston Medical Center, provides Massachusetts clinicians with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize warning signs, navigate the ERPO process, and take timely action to protect patients and communities. By addressing existing knowledge gaps and building clinician confidence, this free CME course empowers physicians and other health professionals to use ERPOs as a critical tool in preventing suicide, mass shootings, and other forms of gun violence.
