Description of CME Course
Placental abruption is a life-threatening complication for both the fetus and the mother. Outcomes are optimized when health care teams focus on the 4 R’s: team readiness, recognition of the condition, and an organized, evidence-based response utilizing risk mitigation strategies. This activity will cover each of these areas and provide guidance for documentation.
