Description of CME Course

This case report describes a woman in her 40s with opioid use disorder receiving methadone who was admitted for extended antibiotic treatment for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia and was subsequently diagnosed with opioid-induced adrenal insufficiency.
