Description of CME Course

With the emergence of new treatments and technologies, physicians have a responsibility to ensure patients are well informed on their options. As part of the Informed Consent and Decision Making series, this Code of Medical Ethics module provides guidance to physicians regarding their responsibilities to communicate and maintain proper informed consent when it comes to innovative treatments, telemedicine, research, and genetic testing of children.
