Description of CME Course
The Congress focuses on the practical management of patients with hematologic malignancies. As knowledge about the management of hematologic malignancies has become more complex, the need for education on treatment decisions has become increasingly valuable. NCCN has identified gaps in the ability of practicing oncologists, nurses, and other health care professionals who provide care for patients with cancer to stay updated regarding the current guidelines for the management of hematologic malignancies, recent studies of therapies for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, and selection of the best treatment strategies for these patients. This activity will improve the level of care provided by diplomates caring for patients with hematologic malignancies by educating them on the latest updates to the NCCN guidelines for treating this patient population.
