Description of CME Course
As the population ages, dementia is emerging as a significant public health concern. Despite this growing focus, progress in addressing Alzheimer’s disease (AD) remains uneven, with several challenges impeding widespread, This activity will help diplomates improve strategies and skills to recognize modifiable and nonmodifiable risk factors that affect cognitive health across the lifespan, implement assessments that can be used to differentiate between mild cognitive impairment and typical aging, and how to use diagnostic evaluations to establish or rule out Alzheimer’s disease.
