Description of CME Course

This is the fourtenth of 17 modules in our hypertension in pregnancy series that highlights the importance postpartum patient safety. and uses a case study to highlight one specific hypertensive disorder in pregnancy. Knowledge of postpartum risks, increased surveillance for early recognition, and rapid response to postpartum complications can help reduce maternal mortality related to severe hypertension/preeclampsia and limits risk exposure.
