Description of CME Course
Leaders who are fluent in finance can interpret the stories and patterns that exist behind balance sheets and income statements. Fundamentals of Physician Leadership: Finance provides physician leaders a practical blueprint for financial fluency and more – reading statements, utilizing four types of accounting and measuring the financial health of an organization.
Finance is a complex topic, but those physician leaders who understand the basics can create thoughtful and positive change in their organizations. Lessons are delivered through a series of video lectures, animations and interactive moments that allow participants to practice with the insights and skills they develop throughout the course.
