Description of CME Course
The Holmes Report reminds us that the basis of racism, what it flourishes on is the stance of “we and they”. This impacts almost all aspects of the organizational identity and structure, and there are thin margins from everyday microaggressions to severe forms of hostility. Perhaps as equally importantly it provides a narrative style where we can follow the thinking of Dr. Holmes and her team in detail, the story of their human efforts in this meticulously detailed project. The Holmes report gives one the privilege to initiate a conversation with it and develop a personal, clinical and organizational interpretation of this powerful text. This session is designed to explore the Holmes Report to initiate a discussion to develop one’s own interpretation of the text.
