Description of CME Course
The Complex Airway Teams (CAT) intent is to create an environment where providers can come together monthly to combining the individual practitioner’s talents and experiences to manage patients with complex central airway disorders such as tracheal stenosis, Tracheomalacia and other diseases which compromise our patient’s central airways. This is a multi-disciplinary team which includes interventional pulmonary, thoracic surgery, otolaryngology, and radiology. Each of the services is tasked to help care for patients with complex airway diseases individually. But, to deliver optimal care it will take all of these services working in tandem and hence the necessity for the complex airway team
