Description of CME Course

This case report describes a patient in their 70s initially diagnosed with cerebral amyloid angiopathy whose diagnosis was challenged with repeat magnetic resonance imaging, which revealed arterialized left temporal cortical vein with an adjacent venous aneurysm.
