1. Assess the benefits of optimizing brain health to prevent cognitive decline before it occurs
2. Analyze the evidence for the use of testing to detect AD pathology before symptoms emerge
3. Implement effective practices for discussing brain health and cognitive decline prevention with patients during routine care
4. Formulate strategies to maximize reimbursement of brain health discussions during routine patient care
5. Evaluate for known modifiable risk factors for cognitive decline and dementia at patient visits
