Description of CME Course
Discover what mental and behavioral health updates are being made to the AMA Guides® to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment in 2021. This course will review why these updates are important and how they effect you. We will dive into the change from DSM-IV to DSM-5 terminology and methodology, descriptions of Malingering and Motivation, newer editions of assessment tools and tests, and how mental and behavioral impairment ratings and independent medical examinations are changed by the content updates.
