Description of CME Course
AIM is a web-based program that’s designed to help allergy/immunology providers and trainees obtain new knowledge and reaffirm their existing knowledge. The program consists of 120 case-based, multiple-choice questions to help evaluate and maintain clinical competence.
Questions address the basic and clinical science topics covered in the board exam, broken into nine categories:
immune mechanisms
cells involved in immune response
immunological disorders
non-disease specific pharmacology/therapeutics
anatomy/physiology/pathology
research principles
hypersensitivity disorders
specific diagnostic modalities
allergens/antigens

Educational Objectives
