Educational Objectives
Assess optimal timing and clinical rationale for switching or augmenting
treatment in patients with MDD
Evaluate the pharmacologic profiles, efficacy, and safety of approved
adjunctive therapies for adults with MDD that improve residual symptoms,
including anhedonia and cognitive impairment
Apply current guideline-based and evidence-based strategies to optimize
dosing and titration of adjunctive therapies for adults with MDD who
exhibit residual symptoms
Implement strategies for optimizing the management of persistent
symptoms for complex or special populations with MDD to optimize long-
term outcomes and functional recovery
