Description of CME Course
The SMBP Jumpstart Curriculum is a free digital curriculum designed to address the learning, planning, and implementation needs of health centers seeking to implement and sustain evidence-based systematic self-measured blood pressure (SMBP) programs. It consists of 15 mini modules divided into three sections: SMBP Fundamentals, Planning and Implementation, and Technology and Evaluation. This curriculum will help learners make actionable plans, engage patients and key stakeholders, and assist patients in working toward a healthier life.
