Patient Management Perspectives in Otolaryngology (PMP) eCourses offer learners the opportunity to hone decision making skills through full management of an individual patientfrom presentation to discharge and follow-up in an interactive question-and-answer format with immediate feedback on each choice made. Each includes case scenarios, self-assessment components, and management discussion sections. The problem presented is designed to heighten awareness of the current range of possibilities for diagnosis and management. Like a real-life clinical problem, the simulation must be solved by a series of inquiries, decisions, and actions.
