1) Identify patient-specific moderators and mediators of pharmacotherapy response, and probabilistic versus deterministic elements of treatment outcomes across major psychiatric disorders
2) Devise patient-specific sequential pharmacotherapy trial algorithms using conjoint analysis, pro-con assessments, and decision analytic matrices
3) Identify the core components of shared decision making and strategies to balance patient- and provider- identified treatment priorities
