The Education Scholars Program (ESP) is a longitudinal faculty development program. Program learning goals include 1) Developing a deep understanding of how teaching and learning “works” so that graduates have the ability to flexibly address education challenges they face in their daily work; 2) Developing the skills to read and critically appraise the education literature in support of life-long learning as educators; 3) Developing joy-in-work as educators to support and sustain oneself in an educator career path
