Description of CME Course
This purpose of this ECHO is to provide primary care providers and others in rural areas or with limited access with the tools to diagnose rheumatic and musculoskeletal processes and provide initial management of these conditions. This program will be delivered using the Project ECHO protocol, a virtual, case-based and interactive protocol.

Educational Objectives
1. Recognize rheumatologic conditions and differentiate these from musculoskeletal processes
2. Feel comfortable managing musculoskeletal conditions and initiating disease modifying anti-rheumatic agents for common rheumatologic diseases
3. Discuss the indications for a referral to a rheumatologist
4. Discuss the indications for referral to physical therapy, (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), and other referrals
5. Develop understanding and capacity for care across provider types
