Description of CME Course
ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a tele-mentoring program that uses videoconferencing to build new care capacity in community settings. ECHO emphasizes learning through de-identified patient cases and the incorporation of interdisciplinary perspectives. The purpose of this ECHO series is to support of clinicians in identification and management of dementia. Participants will bring multiple cases each week and receive feedback in a “curbside” model from a subject-matter expert. Participants will be encouraged to bring current cases from their practice, so that the case discussion and curbside feedback can immediately influence practice.
