Description of CME Course
The purpose of the Care Experience Toolkit is to improve patient care, service, satisfaction, and retention as well as physician satisfaction, resilience, and wellness through enhanced communication skills. This activity is designed to give clinicians a structured format to reflect on their communication strengths and opportunities, and to provide the resources and support for them to hone their skills.

- Clinicians will be able to raise scores on the Press Ganey measure, "Care Provider Composite" or other clinician communication metric.
- Clinicians will report through self reflection improved confidence with using the Four Habits Model skills.
