The Ascend program will be a mixture of offerings including live interactive webinars, pre-recorded sessions, and small group discussions led by Ascend Navigators. This leadership program is developed by hospice and palliative care professionals FOR hospice and palliative care professionals.
Leaders at all career stages are not prepared to lead in new ways under the challenging circumstances of the COVID pandemic and in the midst of exposed inequality and structural racism. This program is designed to provide strategies and techniques to manage team fears, communicate with leadership, communicate in a crisis, and meet the challenges of racism and inequity.
